Katanya has earned certifications and designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative, Short Sales, REO and Foreclosure Specialist, Military Relocation Specialist, and as a Florida Military Specialist. She is also currently working on the Residential Commercial Certification with Coldwell Banker.
